Reza P. Azar is co-founder and first president of FUE-Europe and has written two specialist books that have been translated into several languages. His work has repeatedly been covered on television and in the press, including MDR, RTL, Galileo, Deutsche Welle, Spiegel, FAZ and Berliner Zeitung.
Our path to the third generation
PRP has evolved over the years. Simple platelet-rich plasma has given rise to more refined preparation methods. This development can be told in generations, at the provisional end of which stands our own CGF method according to the Azar Protocol.
The three generations of PRP
Classic platelet-rich plasma. Centrifugation separates the blood, and the platelet-rich plasma is obtained.
Fibrin-rich further developments. They do without additives and rely on a slower release of growth factors.
Concentrated growth factors with a fibrin matrix. An additional preparation step aims at a higher concentration and a depot effect.
